I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist, coach and supervising facilitator of the Hoffman Process in the U.K and Australia. Formally trained in 2009, I have been immersed in the field of personal development and practicing meditation for all of my adult life.
My training and experience includes:  Coaching, Psychotherapy and Counselling. Trauma therapy (EMDR and SE), Addiction Counselling, Family constellation and Systemic Family therapy, Craniosacral Therapy.
 Senior teacher of the DiamondLogos teachings and facilitator of multiple and varied workshops and retreats around the world. My personal interests include forest walks, meditation, dancing, singing, cinema, winter swimming and travelling. Read More
